New York State Annual Reports

Welcome to the 2009 Member Library Annual Report!

Each year we work hard to customize and simplify the annual report process for our member libraries. Since all public and association libraries are required to complete and submit an annual report, it is our goal to assist our member libraries in completing this process as accurately, efficiently, and "painlessly" as possible. The release of State funding to the System and all member libraries is dependent upon the accurate submission, verification, and approval of all 65 annual reports by New York State.

Below you will find the links to the documents and information necessary for the completion of your library's annual report. In addition to the 2009 NYS Instructions, North Country Library System has provided additional instructional information and/or examples which have been added directly to the Online Annual Report. Click on [help] next to each question or click on "What's this?" for clarification and/or examples to further assist you in answering each question.

Once you have completed your Annual Report, please email your Consultant. Place "2009 Member Library Annual Report" in the subject line and "DONE!" in the body of the message.
