Central Libraries

Each public library system in New York State has a designated Central Library with the purpose of providing services and resources of greater depth than the typical public library. These services are provided with special funds and are available to all member libraries.

NCLS is served by two co-central libraries: Flower Memorial Library of Watertown and Ogdensburg Public Library.
